In Kastos you have to see the church of St. John the Baptist, which was built in mid 19th century and contains oil paintings by Spyridon Gazis, the chapel of St. Emilian (4 km outside the village), the olive grove with olive trees in Kalikerimi, the islet Prasonisi (Mangelaria) near the port. The windmills that you can see at various points are private - one of them even considered the best preserved in the Ionian Sea and its mechanism is intact and operated until 1949. In Vigla, various relics have been found which indicate that in antiquity there was communication with Meganissi and Kalamos.
